Considerando a relev\u00e2ncia desta tem\u00e1tica para a \u00e1rea da pol\u00edtica, planejamento e administra\u00e7\u00e3o em sa\u00fade, estima-se examinar os conflitos, pactos e negocia\u00e7\u00f5es que subjazem \u00e0 garantia do direito \u00e0 sa\u00fade, no sentido de refletir sobre seus elementos constituintes, instrumentos institucionais de efetiva\u00e7\u00e3o, argumentos jur\u00eddicos de restri\u00e7\u00e3o e amplia\u00e7\u00e3o, etc. Para tal, o simp\u00f3sio debru\u00e7ar\u00e1 seu olhar tanto para a sa\u00fade p\u00fablica \u2013 prestada pelo Estado -, quanto para a sa\u00fade suplementar \u2013 prestada pelos planos privados.<\/p>\n<p>A iniciativa do simp\u00f3sio conta com a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de Felipe Dutra Asensi (Instituto de Medicina Social \u2013 UERJ), Roseni Pinheiro (Instituto de Medicina Social \u2013 UERJ) e Paula Lucia Ar\u00e9valo Mutiz (Facultad de Derecho, Ciencia Pol\u00edtica y Relaciones Internacionales \u2013 Fundaci\u00f3n Universitaria Los Libertadores, Col\u00f4mbia).<\/p>\n<p>Em sua 4a\u00a0edi\u00e7\u00e3o, o \u201cCongresso Internacional do Conhecimento\u201d ocorreu na Universidade de Santiago do Chile e se prop\u00f4s em ser um grande encontro acad\u00eamico de exposi\u00e7\u00e3o e di\u00e1logo interdisciplinar abrangendo Ci\u00eancias, Tecnologias e Culturas.
